What do you as a customer need to do?
You will no longer log onto OCS and create a ticket manually, simply send an email to support@ador.co.za to log you support ticket of any nature, be it technical, customisation, installation or training.
Please include as detailed a description of your query as is reasonably possible, along with your contact details, and your query will be directed to the necessary support consultant.

You will receive:
An automated reply from our Ticketing System displaying your Ticket Number.
You can quote this number when following up on each query thereafter. Once you have been assigned a Ticket Number. Please ensure that you always ‘Reply All’ on the return emails should you be required to provide us with further information or feedback. This will ensure that all information regarding that specific Ticket Number is organised and logged accordingly.
